PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for standard domestic delivery after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipping label is created.

SHIPPING DELAYS

HausOfPrissyGirls is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If your package is returned to HausOfPrissyGirls because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

HausOfPrissyGirls is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are missing or stolen.

Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us about a missing package.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and products before opening or disposing of anything and contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable depending on the destination and products ordered. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with HausOfPrissyGirls! We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for health and hygiene reasons, all cosmetic sales are final.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for cosmetics once an order has been placed.

This includes products that have been:

Opened or used

Swatched or tested

Damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Purchased in the wrong shade, color, or variation

No longer wanted or needed

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

A description of the issue

Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Photos of any visible shipping damage, if applicable

Once we review your request, we will determine whether you qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

MISSING ITEMS

If an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the packaging and the items received so we can investigate the issue.

HausOfPrissyGirls is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
